When Bridgerton star Luke Newton got the call he'd be the lead in season 3 of the hit show, he decided it was time to transform his body into the leading man. He prioritized diet and exercise in preparation for Colin Bridgerton becoming the next Bridgerton sibling to take the spotlight. Besides the standard high protein diet, he implemented intermittent fasting, but with balance -- he wouldn't deprive himself of a good cheat day.
