This video is really just me sharing my thoughts out loud as I go about a Monday morning reset. I started noticing all the little things I used before lunch and how many of them I no longer buy because I make them at home. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toothpaste, skincare, tea, even blush. None of them are big dramatic changes on their own, but together they’ve made a real difference for our family over the years.
I also walk through how I figure things out when I’ve never made something before and why the upfront cost of ingredients doesn’t scare me anymore. This isn’t about doing everything or doing it perfectly. It’s about trying one thing, then another, and slowly shifting where your money goes so it lines up better with the life you want to live.
