After 3 and a half years of trying to get back under 2h40 to qualify for the London Marathon Championship race , the goal was realised at Valencia 2023 so I thought I'd put together a comprehensive list of everything I did and used in the build up to the race including the kit I used, all my training and the changes I made to my nutrition and mindset.
