Welcome back to my Sunday Reset Series!
Last week I shared my complete Sunday Reset routine—a simple weekly planning habit that helps me start each week feeling calmer, more prepared, and a whole lot less overwhelmed.
Today we're taking a closer look at one part of that routine. Whenever I know the week ahead is going to be especially busy, there are two planner pages I always prepare in advance: my Meal Planning insert and my Daily Journaling pages.
While I always decorate and set up my weekly dashboard layout, these two extra pages have become my secret weapons for busy weeks. Spending just a few extra minutes during my Sunday Reset helps me make fewer decisions throughout the week, stay organized, and free up valuable mental space when life gets hectic.
Every Sunday Reset looks a little different depending on what's on my calendar, but these planner pages are ones I reach for again and again whenever I know a busy week is ahead.
If you've ever felt like your week is happening to you instead of for you, I hope this video gives you a few practical ideas for creating a little more breathing room and starting Monday with confidence.
