Warning: This description is nothing but me rambling on and on about the finale and fitzsimmons. If you haven't seen the Season 2 Finale of Agents of SHIELD I suggest you skip this description and this video!

*sucks in a huge breath*

I've waited so long, I have waited so long!! I cried so hard btw! Everyone did! The scene was so beautiful!! (Should have been longer - THANKS coulson) but fjdk;aj it was so great. I knew they were going to have a scene but I wasn't sure what would happen. Didn't know if they were going to talk about the pod, about Simmons almost killing Ward, or about something even better. It was something even better!!!!!
SIMMONS IS IN LOVE WITH FITZ. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
And so I had so many emotions i had to get out. I mean, first I was mad for a while (for obvious reasons) but then I was just thinking about those two scenes and I was happy again!!!!!
So this is a celebration video. I am celebrating because these two have come so far, through so much, and they have finally found their way back to each other. And not only are they back, their relationship is going to be new and even stronger!
I've been shipping them since FZZT and I've been dreaming of this since TRACKS. That scene was everything. (stupid directors made it too short) but it was everything!!!

Lol what rock? I don't know about any rock. Simmons is totally fine. She's probably having dinner with Fitz right about now. hahaha *i'mnotokay*

But actually...I'm sort of glad something came between them? I was so worried that next season they would have been together for months and we would have missed all the beginning stuff, which would have been...so hard for me. I would be angry for the rest of the year if that happened. It would be the worst.
But when I wanted something to stop that from happening, I did not mean a rock. No. Not okay.

EDITING COMMENTS:
I had a few songs to pick from and went with this one. Since the start of season 2 Distance has been a song I think a lot of fans associate with them. It's a FitzSimmons song, but not such a FitzSimmons song that I felt the need to edit the whole thing. That's why I picked it (I had to get those feels out fast).
And I always knew if I used this song, what coloring I would go for. Sunny and bright. I really like how it turned out too! It's different from my Sun video too, so I don't feel like I'm just repeating my colorings.
Also the part at the end - totally thought of that halfway through the video. I've always wanted to do a sequence like that and it seemed to fit here.

These science babies. It finally happened. Simmons finally caught on.
And I love how after that, Fitz is the most confident we've seen him all season. (Science B-) I bet in his head he was like "JEMMA LOVES ME. I CAN DO ANYTHING. QUANTUM PHYSICS. SCIENCE SASS. JEMMA LOVES ME.*
ugh I wish we'd gotten to see a reunion scene though! The writers are intent on not showing their reunion scenes.
But psh they're canon so it's all good.
The writers are literally like
"we know we've tortured you and destroyed you all season and now we're not even going to give them a long scene...
but it's canon now so that will make up for it."
And the sad thing is they're right.
