If you haven’t seen Interstellar you DEFINITELY need to do that when it comes out on DVD. Make sure you’re in a quiet environment with the lights turned down. A big TV and good sound equipment would also be recommended ;D
It’s another masterpiece from the brilliant mind of Christopher Nolan. It’s the greatest space epic I’ve personally seen and very unique compared to movies that come out right now. It was such a huge story but so focused on the relationships, which is the best kind of movie if you ask me. I bawled twice and cried about four other times in the theater. I love Murphy and Cooper’s father-daughter relationship!! It’s so painful though. (And I totally shipped Brand and Cooper btw.)

I normally don’t edit with movies EVEN if I absolutely love them. I’m just not a movie editor. For one, it’s impossible to find a good version of the whole movie until months after it’s come out (a bit of an inconvenience.) I might not have edited to this movie if I hadn’t found the PERFECT band for it at the same time. I first heard the song Earth only a few weeks before Interstellar came out and I was really loving it. And then it was just perfect for the movie and I had to edit to it.

Sleeping At Last is amazing, especially their EP Atlas: Space. I got so into those songs I actually have two other videos coming with songs from those CDs (edit: make that three). Since that’s a bit unheard of for me to use four songs from one band in such a short time, I’m going to say the videos are a series (even though they’re pretty unrelated.) The other three videos are of Agents of Shield.

If you’re wondering where I got such a good quality version of the movie – I didn’t. xD I had to use the the three trailers and a TV spot, so I was very limited with my clips! It was frustrating and the video got cut short but I hope it turned out well. I was going for a very simple edit this time, and even tried some short cuts rather than fades.
This movie is so amazing though. It’s stunning.

-- and it is a crime it didn’t get more Oscars but hey, the Oscars don’t like Nolan for some reason. They were crazy enough to give Budapest hotel best score, I mean come on. [film ranting]
