How does artificial intelligence see us?

When AI creates a version of your face, it can look surprisingly familiar — and yet strangely different from the person you know in the mirror.

This experiment made me think about how differently a face can be interpreted by another “eye.” The result feels close enough to recognize yourself, but different enough to make you stop and look twice.
