In this video, I talk to Lynnette Michaluk about the importance of STEM education and how we can get more students to pursue STEM degrees and professions. Lynnette is a research scientist & evaluator for WVU Center for Excellence in STEM Education projects. She has contributed to preparation of 100+ NSF, Department of Education, NASA, and foundation grant proposals, resulting in more than $35.50 million in funding supporting millions of students and hundreds of K-12 teachers in gaining Computer Science and STEM knowledge and skills, and university faculty in conducting groundbreaking R & D.
