Are you wondering how to get a better seat for horse riding?

Whether. you struggle with back pain while riding or find that you sit off to one side, this simple exercise that you can do OFF the horse will help you improve your balance in the saddle.

This exercise to improve your seat wis great for dressage riders, eventing, show jumping, reining, cutting and any other sport horse discipline.

In fact, this will even help you get back pain relief if you're not an equestrian!

I've used this exercise with people who work at a computer all day to fix posture and relieve pain. It's super effective!
