Today’s security landscape is changing faster than ever: natural and human-made disasters, cross-border crimes, hybrid threats, and more, challenge us every day.
As part of the EU’s Internal Security Strategy, the Security Research & Innovation Campus will accelerate the deployment of innovative technologies.
Launched by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) of the @EuropeanCommission, it will work as a collaborative hub where Europe’s security experts, researchers and policy‑makers can meet, experiment and turn ideas into real‑world solutions.
By bringing together Europe’s security community to test and co-design new solutions, it will help break down silos and reduce fragmented knowledge, speeding up the innovation cycle.
Linking scientific excellence with operational experience, the Campus will contribute to a more resilient, safer Europe for everyone.
