I went to Vancouver, BC to talk to a highly skilled and experienced HEMA instructor, Devon Boorman of Academie Duello. We discussed the unique danger of a recklessly attacking untrained fool with a sword, and Devon demonstrated the best ways of neutralizing the threat.
You're in for a treat... It's always a pleasure to watch an expert who is particularly good at explaining the mechanics and strategies of swordsmanship in a clear, concise way.
