80s and 90s NASCAR sits near the very top of my all time favorite motorsports, so seeing it arrive in Automobilista 2 as part of a bonus release for the Racin’ USA DLC is genuinely exciting!

What makes this update even better is Reiza’s continued commitment to expanding the value of existing content by adding substantial new cars without simply turning it into another paid add-on!

This release brings three distinct generations of NASCAR stock cars, alongside the one-off Garage 86 Le Mans prototype from 2024. While the prototype fits neatly into AMS2’s current lineup, it’s the traditional American stock cars that immediately grabbed my attention, and in particular this 1985 Monte Carlo beauty!

So strap in as I take 40 of these brutish machines to Pocono and see if Reiza can make us remember what stock car racing was all about!
