Previously, a VoiceOver user could frame themselves with the camera app, but it would only work in photo mode and not video mode. iOS 16 adds this feature to video mode in the camera app. Allowing for a blind or low vision user to use the iPhone’s screenreader to help frame them when filming themselves.
