A quick solo from each character I completed a run with in the order in which they occurred! This is a way for me to celebrate my 24th birthday. It's also meant to be a thank you to everyone who has supported me. I was mostly just playing for fun here which is why I didn't choose any overly difficult fights, but I think the fights came out well :D
Reasoning for the fights chosen if you're curious:
Kvar: When I did no damage of Kvar, that was one of the first times I felt like I was actually quite good.
Kaiser Dist: I never got to finish off any Kaiser Dist with a Jade MA, so I had to fix that.
Cress: The first solo I did for Eternia and also my most popular. That Farah vs. Cress video still gets comments occasionally lol.
Gaius 1: The most fun Xillia fight in my opinion.
Regal: meme
Rideaux 1: meme
Arietta 1: I think the AI manipulation in this fight is quite fun and she's Anise's rival.
Zagi 2: meme + there's no fight that encapsulates a Vespy run like Zagi does
Some sentimental yapping:
I felt the need to celebrate the existence of this channel on my birthday because it's been such a big part of my life for the last two and a half years or so. Not only did it give me an outlet when I was struggling in life; it also blessed me with many new friends that I would have never met if I had never started this channel. I've probably said this kinda thing before, but that's because I really do feel that this channel is one of the reasons I was able to turn my life around. These days, I can think positively and have hope for my future! That's not something I would have thought was possible for myself four years ago. Of course, it's not solely thanks to this channel that I was able to change... but I do think it was a factor for sure. It was surreal seeing people enjoy something that I was doing, especially since my self-esteem was in the gutter during my Colette run. At that time, I believed that nothing I did had any value. Thanks to you guys, I was able to begin seeing that my actions do have meaning... in Tales and in real life. Perhaps it's bad to have needed that sort of validation from strangers online, but it was something that I sorely needed at that time haha. In any case, I do feel like I'm in a transitional period of sorts in my life, so this is sort of "a look back to step forwards" kinda thing.
I feel like I develop a very special connection to these characters when I do runs with them. Since I play only a specific set of characters over a long period of time, I tend to associate those characters with whatever I was going through at the time. Maybe I'm just too sentimental and emotional but this the way I see it lol. I can look back fondly on all of these runs due to the emotional connection I have with them even if the early ones were pretty bad gameplay-wise (especially early in the Colette run). In a sense, my channel has sort of become like a journal of sorts for me. I managed to work through most of the issues I was having during these runs... just like how the characters and I worked through every tough fight together!
Lastly, I'd like to thank anyone who watched this video and any of my runs. It truly does mean a lot to me. I'd also like to thank some folks by name, as I wouldn't be the person I am right now without them:

![Tales of Xillia 2 Milla Solo: Volt [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
Oho, a real fight...
Game Modifications:
-Modified the party
Strategy:
There are two parts of this fight that are little difficult. The first part is taking out the Djinns that Volt has to accompany him. These Djinns are very floaty so theyre actually pretty weird to combo. You can even see Shimmer Spin send one behind me at 0:11 so I had to adjust with a backwards air dash lol. Thankfully, Im pretty much safe when Im comboing them high enough in the air as Volt doesnt really have any anti-airs. I do have to be careful of random Thunder Volleys or Bolt Strikes when Im coming back down to earth though. Bolt Strike can be casted by every enemy in this fight and it has a pitifully low vertical hitbox, so being in the air pretty much makes me safe from it.
The second difficult part is starting a weakness combo. Volt is only weak to gun, so this means I have to use Condemnation to start my weakness combo. Unfortunately, this is a bit tricky since Condemnation is a multi-hit attack. To start a weakness combo, you have to hit a boss with a weak hit and then a hit from another element, so 2+ gun hits in a row wont start a combo hit and will more than likely proc a counter instead. This means that I basically have to start a weakness combo with the last hit of Condemnation to make it work. This would normally be pretty easy since Condemnations last hit is ranged, but Volt has iron stance we gotta break through first and hes not just gonna stand there and let me hit him either. This is where guard manipulation makes a comeback. We can guard manipulate him into doing two attacks. Its a 50/50 between him casting Bolt Strike or using an attack where he sorta spins in place and then taunts. I wanted to use the latter attack to start a combo since the taunt leaves him completely open, but Volt wasnt being very kind to me so I used the casting time of Bolt Strike to do it instead. Before I use Condemnation, I try to soften his iron stance up just a little bit with Sigil Spear so that itll hopefully break on the last hit of Condemnation (no calculations or anything here, just praying).
In the combo, I do a double Condemnation at 1:22 to reset the weakness combo. The first Condemnation mark knocks him down and the second hits his weakness after the timer runs out, which allows me to easily restand and reset him with Grave.

Strategy:
First, you may be wondering why our old friend Leia is here. Well, there are two answers to that.
Reason number 1: I like Leia :)
Reason number 2: Im actually using her sleeping body to use whats called the Aerial Spell Glitch. In Tales of Xillia, you normally need a skill to cast spells in mid-air as Milla. This skill also comes at a cost where Milla completely loses the ability to spirit shift her artes in mid-air (spirit shifting is using the melee version of the arte so Fire Ball turns into Flare Bomb for example). The Aerial Spell Glitch not only allows me to cast spells in mid-air, but also lets me retain my ability to spirit shift artes in mid-air. You can see an example of this glitch in action at 0:44. You may notice that my camera moves a bit after my Shimmer Spin. Whats happening here is that Im queueing my Flame Ring near the end of my Shimmer Spin then switching characters to Leia briefly. Since Im controlling Leia for a moment, Milla becomes AI controlled. The AI Milla then uses my queued Flame Ring in mid-air and I can cast an aerial spell from there.
Not much to say about Greater Demon itself though. Its counters in Aqua Laser and its jump counter which it unlocks at 50% HP are both incredibly easy to just jump/use aerial artes over. It can be guard manipulated into using its Tentacle Bind attack which is rather easy to backstep if I need to approach it safely. Something thats nice to know is that Wind Blade 2 + Shimmer Spin + Overdrive is enough to get over Greater Demons head which is great for nullifying Aqua Laser.
In this fight, I lost access to the Four Great Spirits for plot reasons, but I also gained a few new artes from my Lilium Orb. These artes are: Shimmer Spin, Whirling Assault, Bolt Strike (Lightning), Rock Trine (Grave), Arrivederci (Wind Blade 2) and Aqua Protection (Splash). Out of these, the ones I want to highlight are Lightning and Grave. These are two of Millas absolute best artes in my opinion. Grave is great for landing and for breaking iron stance due to its multi-hit nature. Its basically my best engage tool. Lightning is also good for safely breaking iron stance since the lightning bolts will always appear on the ground even if Im super high in the air. Ill also find out later in the run that its my best way of getting through guards. For some reason, Lightnings damage counts as a spell so it cannot be guarded. Not a guard break but it just goes through guard lol. Also worth noting that I have Overdrive since its learned through a key item. Its the only arte Milla has that can be inherited.

![Tales of Vesperia Judith Solo: Zagi 5 [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
I LOVE ZAG I HAHA HAH HAGVHADGHAQDGBUDSBGUSDGIKJSAD WELCOME TO THE HORNETS NEST
Game Modifications:
-Used Arte Sphere mod by Sora3100
Strategy:
I hate to say it, but hes pretty much Zagi 4 with a Mystic Arte LOL. He has two new artes: Shining Blastia Massacre and Punishing Fury. Punishing Fury is just a re-skin of his poison breath attack from Zagi 4, its easy to deal with due to its small hitbox. Shining Blastia Massacre is a stronger version of his beam arte Shining Blastia Strike. Its kinda threatening in that it has a much bigger hitbox but its still not too difficult for Judith to get over.
If nothing else, Zagi 5 shows how far Ive come as a Vesperia player. I struggled so hard on Zagi 1 back when I first started but now Zagi 5 is like... a minor inconvenience after everything Ive been through.

![Tales of Xillia Milla Solo: Muzét (Boat) [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
Your precious Milla is gone! Or is she???
Game Modifications:
-Modified the party
-Activated Magic Stance normals
Strategy:
Very similar to the Milla side duel, except for a couple of differences. In this fight, Muzét is a lot more likely to counter with Sharpened Petals in the first half of the fight. The other difference is that she has a lot more iron stance which makes it a lot more difficult to open her up. This actually does make this version of Muzét significantly more difficult. Otherwise though, its pretty much the same fight so you can apply most of what I said about Spirit Realm Muzét here.
