Our metabolic Missouri Fox Trotter mare suffers from chronic laminitis, leaving her lame and in pain if anything is out of whack. I developed these therapeutic hoof pads that I put in her boots when she has a painful spell. She goes from poking around on her front feet to walking almost normally as soon as her feet hit the pads.

The inserts don't cure laminitis, but they keep her comfortable while we're tacking the root causes.
