Join me as I tour around Hong Kong visiting Victoria Peak on the Peak Tram, eating lunch at Tim Ho Wan, riding the Central mid level escalator to Man Mo Temple, checking into the Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel, enjoying the horse racing at Happy Valley and finally shopping at Don Don Donki.

I start the day off by checking out of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and catching the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui where I check into my new hotel for the next 4 nights the InterContinental Grand Stanford. I have a Club Harbour View Room and I could not be happier. After a quick drink in the Club Lounge I start to explore Hong Kong.

I have lunch at Tim Ho Wan in Sham Shui Po, Tim Ho Wan is the cheapest Michelin Star Restaurant, and I would highly recommend it.

Then I take the Peak Tram all the way up to Victoria Peak and the Sky Terrace 428 for amazing views over Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour.

After I take the Peak Tram back down I head for the Mid-level Escalators, the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world. After I het off at Hollywood Road I visit Man Mo Temple, a 1800s temple featuring a lavish, traditional interior with dozens of incense spirals overhead.

I go back to the InterContinental Grand Stanford to relax for a while to get something to eat and drink in the Club Lounge before heading out for the night to Happy Valley Race Track.

For the next few hours I have a great time watching the horse racing at Happy Valley, I didn't place any bets I just went for the atmosphere.

After catching the Ding Ding back to Central I finished the night by getting some snacks from Don Don Donki.
