Day 11 of my Edible Christmas Gift Countdown
When in doubt, gift spices. These homemade seasoning blends are flavor-packed, pantry-friendly, and make everyone feel like a weeknight dinner wizard. Just mix, pour into a cute little jar, and slap on a label that says “You’re so seasoned.” Boom. Gift = done.

2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
👉 Great in: ground beef, roasted chickpeas, Tex-Mex anything.
ITALIAN SEASONING
Your weeknight pasta just found its soulmate.
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional but recommended)
👉 Great in: pasta sauce, garlic bread, soups, pizza toppings.
HOW TO MAKE ‘EM:
