We are continuing the Summer of Grilled Chicken with an awesome Homemade Louisiana Dry Rub Grilled Chicken Wings. This is our take on Wingstop's Dry Rub Wings except we grilled instead of frying. We made our own Louisiana Dry Rub and grilled on the Weber Kettle. These wings had great flavor with a crispy bite through skin.
Homemade Louisiana Dry Rub
Smoked Paprika - 3 tsp
Dried oregano - 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper/Red pepper Flakes - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
Brown sugar - 2 tsp
Onion powder 2- tsp
Garlic powder - 2 tsp
Black pepper -2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Street corn
5 ears corn or 4/5 cups canned or frozen
1-2 tbs oil
3 tbs mayo
3 tbs sour cream
2 cloves minced garlic
Zest - 1 lime
2-3 tbs Lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1cup queso fresco or cheese of choice
Chopped cilantro to taste
