I Overcooked my Steak Au Poivre on Father's Day. Even with that, I must say that this Pepper Steak Recipe or this Steak Au Poivre Recipe made one of the best steaks I have ever had. I found a beautiful New York Strip Steak and topped it with an awesome creamy Cognac/Brandy sauce.
