This Homemade Dates Syrup Recipe is fantastic for Cocktails. I bet not many of you ever thought of making a dates syrup, so here is a quick tip from me. Make this syrup and use it with Whiskey, Bourbon, Brandy, Tequila Reposado or any cocktail with dark spirits.

DRY DATES SYRUP
- 150ml / 5oz Water
- 75gr Caster Sugar
- 150gr Dry Dates
Bring the water to boil, add the sugar and the dates. Simmer for 10 minutes and transfer to a glass jar to infuse for additional 15 minutes. Strain through fine sieve and store in the fridge for up to two weeks max.
