I want to share with you how I create my signature cocktails and today is the start. I have over 40 recipes I want to share with you, and I hope you will try some of them.
This cocktail is full of Pineapple flavours with refreshing star anise, bitters and a delightful sweet and sour taste. It is the perfect beach cocktail to enjoy on holiday, or why not anytime you want.

- 10ml / .27oz Drambuie Liqueur
- 22.5ml / .75oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml / 2oz Cold Pressed Pineapple Juice
- 6 drops Better's Bitters Pineapple Star Anise Bitter
