In my quest to find and explore new recipes inspired by the Old Fashioned template, today I present to you a new creation. The Tequila Old Fashioned based on the Rooster Rojo Smoked Pineapple Tequila is a fantastic spin on the classic Old Fashioned. It is full of flavour and complexity and brings lovely funk to this widely loved cocktail.
