Welcome to the third episode of the home gym series where I’m coming at you with a new gym and some new equipment! I mention the essentials that I use all the time, as well as some equipment I wish I didn’t spend the money on, and some workout equipment I want to purchase soon! If you have amazon prime, I highly recommend looking there first, because not is the AmazonBasic series pretty solid stuff, but you can find some of the bigger name brands shipped for free (definitely the way to go if you’re on a budget). If you have a home gym supplier near you that has affordable gym equipment available, online is the way to go! Let me know what you think of my home gym tour!
