This week we start looking at the HM Systems Minstrel 286 workstation that I bought last June (yes its been sitting a while).

This machine is a bit different in that it doesn't have a traditional motherboard but rather the entire system is on a single ISA card.

In part 1 we strip it down, have a look at the components and try to fix the very noisy hard disk.

$Amiga 1200 adding an FPU to the TF1230 *sort of* Back under the hood of the Amiga 1200 this week as I try to add an FPU to my TF1230 build. As you know theres no FPU socket on that accelerator but Commodore left a blank spot on the motherboard (U0) for that very thing so lets see if we can get it working.
