HITMAN 3, The HEARTBREAKER Elusive Target Silent Assassin Suit Only located in Mendoza, level 1 default equipment and starting location guide. This Elusive Target is a little bit more difficult than previous Iconoclast, mostly because it goes through the guarded areas and additional guards. First it's always accompanied by two NPCs that follow him every stop - but there is a way how to make them frightened safely and leave. At the parking lot there is a newly added Van to the map, of course used by our target - if you slip through safely to it, you will find something. It turns out that our target is a Serial Killer and a psychopath (as we know from the briefing) and this intel serves as a good evidence. You will also find a scalpel and some lethal poison pills to be used, anyway move to the dancing and look for our target and two mentioned NPCs. When you give an intel to any of these, they will simply move away and stop walking next to the target, it makes our target alone for rest of the map. Now all you have to do is just to escape the mission - there are a lot of choices, the speedboat and grapefield seem to be the best choices for you. Then you can move fast below and enter the Cinema but be aware that there are few NPCs and a guard that overlook this room, but you can overcome this. Throw a coin to distract a guard and he will move away to investigate it, run to the glass of wine and poison it, be sure noone is looking at that direction. Since then all you have to do is just to find an exit - I've decided to use a speedboat exit because it turns to be the safest if you want to do with a Suit.
