Beyonce, the Queen B, has long been a champion of female empowerment, with songs like “Single Ladies” or “Run the World”, in which she declares “Who run the world? Girls” Today, we take a tour of many of Beyoncé’s greatest hits, from “Love on Top” and “Flawless” (“We say to girls/You can have ambition/But not too much”) to early classics like “Halo”. This arrangement itself is a DPops classic, originally arranged in 2014 for the DPops Goes Exploring concert and then rearranged this year to include songs like “Daddy Lessons” and “If I Were A Boy”—essentials for smashing the patriarchy
