Dealing with hip pinching or anterior hip impingement (FAI)? This stretch can help.

In this video, I walk you through a hip rotator stretch using a posterior band distraction—a simple modification that makes traditional hip stretches more comfortable and more effective for people who feel that “pinch” in the front of the hip.

The band helps create space in the joint, allowing you to:
✔️ Reduce anterior hip discomfort
✔️ Improve hip flexion
✔️ Improve external rotation
✔️ Actually feel the stretch where you’re supposed to

If you’ve ever tried to stretch your hips and felt more pinching than relief, this is a great option to add into your routine.
