After rebooting his company in 2015, Hinge CEO Justin McLeod says the company now has only 320 employees, and that is by design. He believes you can move faster when you have a smaller, more dedicated and more talented team. His focus is building a lean, fast-moving company where his employees operate with authenticity and trust. In part two of Hinge CEO Justin McLeod’s conversation with LinkedIn Editor in Chief Dan Roth, they discuss:

Celebrating failures
Building trust and authenticity with employees
Building a strong company culture
