We’ve all heard the saying, “Live every day as if it’s your last.” Well, Emmy-award winning journalist and author Suleika Jaouad thinks this is terrible advice, and has chosen to adopt a different ethos.
“ I've had to shift to a gentler mindset, which is trying to live every day as if it's my first, and waking up with that sense of curiosity and playfulness and wonder and creativity that children have so naturally.”

Her latest book is “The Book of Alchemy: A Creative Practice for an Inspired Life,” and in it she encourages readers to cultivate creative practices to deal with life’s uncertainties.
