Join Sarah, Clark, and me as we hike from Francis Peak to Thurston Peak—the highest point in both Morgan and Davis counties, Utah!

We enjoyed a beautiful sunny day with comfortable temperatures and incredible Wasatch Mountain scenery. Great company and mountain air made this a wonderful day on the trail above Layton, Utah.

The route from the Francis Peak area to Thurston Peak is approximately 8 miles round trip, depending on where you start and the route you take (obviously). One summit, two county high points, and plenty of beautiful scenery along the way!
