In the previous videos, the effects were toned down (which usually means lower sampling rate). This time I have pushed the settings higher for the bloom (4-pass bloom, 2 pass for each direction), and the light scatter effects samples 40 times instead of 10 which produces extremely superior feel. These effects are done on a 4-times downsampled rendertarget (it was downsampled 8 times previously). This way I gain some hardware fragment interpolation when resizing, but without the ugly artifacts of too much undersampling.
