In this Wicked Engine demo I set up 2000 TV screens in a circle, and there are 50 video decoders running every frame, and of course some of them are repeated to fill all the TV screens with something. The videos are HD 720p resolution.
The video decode is entirely on GPU, using Vulkan or DX12 decoding. I recorded this on AMD RX 6650 XT, and it was running about 22 FPS here. Decoding 100 videos will run about 14 FPS.
