Hi all

I Janost thank's for sharing your shematic of your super electron pump.( at energeticforum under Don Smith thread )

So by playing with an old 555 timer and trying to get the lowest current draw by decreasing the duty cycle of the pulses, i stumbled upon an experiment that i think it was worth to show you.

Perhaps it is for a lot of you nothing special, and i am losing your time , in this case forgive me.

But for me it is very important to see in front of my eyes and feel with my fingers , the electrostatic effect produced by a high voltage.

And this high voltage is not produced by an electrostatic machine as the "testatica ", but by the hot electricity from a battery ,bouncing in the primary of the flyback transformer.

So now i have SEEN the effect of the electrostatic kickback spike (flyback spike )

And the importance of the relation between the ground and the antenna seems to be of real importance in this experiment.

Yep a lot to learn and experiment as usual

hope it is nottoo boring here

good luck at all

Laurent
