This is a second test of using a neomag as an electrode.
But this time the neomag is clearly separated from the other electrode, and not above it, but in parallel..
And the spinning effect is always there.
So the spinning effect is due only to the neo mag magnetic flux and not to the conbination of both electrode , one above the other.

I don't know if this experiment has any value, but it is interesting.
If some body can explain it better please thank's.
Will try to look for explanation ( une petite visite sur le site de Gilles Bonfac s' impose)
