HF whip antennas are increasingly popular among portable ham radio operators due to their small size, portability, ease of use. But are they any good efficiency-wise? Can oe make QSO with it?

This video reviews one of the sorts of an ultra-portable antennas - the HA-HF1000 antenna kit from Wimo in Germany. I have no afilliation with Wimo and I’ve bought this antenna on my own money.
