Hey Arnold!: The Movie (75 min)
Synopsis: An animated film based on the Nickelodeon animated television series of the same name. Arnold and his pal, Gerald, learn their beloved neighborhood is about to be torn down by a greedy developer named Scheck to build a mall. While the adults come up with a dodgy scheme, the friends try a more practical approach to the problem with the help of Helga. The kids discover their neighborhood was designated as a historical landmark but they must prove it before Scheck moves in with his crew.

Trivia:
• In 1998, Nickelodeon renewed Hey Arnold! for a fourth season, and gave Hey Arnold! creator Craig Bartlett the chance to develop two feature-length adaptations. In 2001, Bartlett and company engaged in the production of the first film, titled Arnold Saves the Neighborhood. The project was originally produced for television and home video as the last 3 episodes of season 5, but eventually became Hey Arnold!: The Movie when executives at Paramount Pictures decided to release it theatrically after successful test screenings and the financial success of the first two Rugrats movies.
The Copyright Laws of the United States recognizes a “fair use” of copyrighted content. Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states: “Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.”
