In this drink the dried rich fruit and spice from the Hennessy meld with the blood orange to create a well-balanced complex sweet and savoury summer sipper.

Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 50 ml Hennessy V.S
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Agave Nectar
- 30 ml fresh Blood Orange
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 Blood orange twist

Recipe:
- Add all liquid to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a blood orange twist and serve.
