Inspired by Harry MacElhone in 1930, head bartender at the eponymous Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. The rum adds to the complexity and elegant balance.
Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 30 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 30 ml Rum
- 30 ml Orange Curacao™
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon Twist
Recipe:
- Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled. Strain into a Coupe or Martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
