Yes, the highest difficulty on the Sega Genesis port of Hellfire is called "Yea Right". And yes, it is pretty difficult, namely the orb midbosses in stage 3, and then the entire final stage which is difficult to survive in if you don't have full shot power. After a previous runthrough to learn the routing, I was able to almost do this deathless - I had one stupid death on stage 5 where I crashed into a wall, but was able to quickly recover. Would've been so nice if I could have said this was a no-miss run, but alas.
