This started with a few things;
Noises on diagonals
Skew not right
Some issues printing and artifacts
This started with the new toolhead for Chube, Goliath, and Mosquito. Prior to this machine was printing well. I skipped the alignment and seems was a poor choice!
Y rail out ~.026", X rail out .003". Y cross rail not aligned to printer frame parallelism.
These issues generally will cause skew issues and binding of the rails, which cause VFA and mechanical wear.
Time to get out the beers, a good few hundred songs on the radio and have at at it.
