Peak torque is 1.12Nm, cont .32
Stepper Online A6 100W AC servo, 220VAC input (can use transformer to convert from 120VAC or use 220VAC direct).
H723 DEV board for all step/DIR signals, running multi-mcu and klipper.
10K steps/rev on 8 channels.
I am using 3 MCU's on this machine.
1-Octopus pro for temp, fan control, Z motors, and E motor.
2-Expansion board for additional temperature sensors and fan control(all are used on Octopus board)
3-STM32H723 Development board for step/direction control plus related input/output signals for drive handshaking of faults
Waveshare TTL to RS485 line drivers (isolated 5V line drivers) for step/dir signal conversion
All related safety components - Estop, proper ground bonding, ES relay, and line contactors.
20T pulleys/40mm rotation distance, EDPM belts at 20lbs tension.
Model was printed at 400mms commanded, 25K acceleration, 10SCV, ABS(Sunlu) at 280C. .2 layer height and then changes to .12 layer height. 20% fan speed and a PA of .018 with ST of .02.
It's was not a speed test print! At the end of the day I need to be able to walk away from the printer when it's working and this process takes time to tune.
