Some important note on playing qHarb here: Stability is very limited and can only be provided with Elite Elixir. So when running qHarb, make sure that your Healer can cover enough Stab. Furthermore the boons overall are also lacking, qHarb only does Quickness, Fury, some Swiftness and nothing else (except for Elite Elixir boons). Hence, it's not recommended to run it for progression.
