No log because it was shortly after the patch, but people checked boons and Might/Alac was fine.
Especially compared to other Heal Alac Kiters, Scourge is really lacking. You are missing some other crucial boons like easy perma Swiftness and good Stability. I was using Trail of Anguish for this as the only skill that can give these boons, but the application, duration and magnitude of these boons are severly lacking. Furthermore, you also don't give Vigor, Resistance, or overcapped Regen (except if you dip into Staff regularly). Next, the healing is also subpar. While Scourge does quite a bit of barrier, you cannot do a lot of burst healing, especially not when using the Heal Well off cd for Regen. I used Ghastly Breach here as Elite because I did not want to bother with Flesh Golem potentially causing issues and this is already the next issue: Scourge has limited CC compared to the other usual Alac Kiters. Furthermore, you need to also pay attention to dodges leaving a mark behind and to your F-skills, because they can easily reveal.
Overall, because of the issues mentioned, I would not recommend to play Scourge as Kiter. It is too inflexible and cannot hardcarry groups because of the lacking utility.

8 player SW1 and SW2 might not be the cleanest run, but it was enough to come to a conclusion.
