I was trying to be at least somewhat useful and used Relic of the Wizard's Tower to provide some projectile block after Elite use, which is why I am standing in the middle of the boss during some Gluttony casts. However, due to the small radius and it locking you in place, it's kinda bad. Relic of Sorrow would have been a better Relic for that purpose.
Regarding Healsworn itself, I used this build: gw2skills.net/editor/?PKQAYlFwuYeMMmLmUX3xeA-DSRYjhCCGJKI/eKjqTg0LAd/MEkQZD8WafzCqA-e which is pretty much standard, with corresponding utilities that help for the fight. The healing felt more than plenty and since you don't even need to hit an enemy for all of your boons (only the boons from Soldier's Focus require hitting an enemy), those were also no problem at all. In any case, the cases where there is no enemy in range at all is small anyways, because for most parts at range there are Malices. It's really fun to play, can recommend. For playing, the one thing that is important is to save some boon skills to quickly reapply boons after Empowered Wall jumps in case someone gets hit. Otherwise, the biggest downside is probably the lack of large CC (and of no portal/boonstrip/perma projectile block utility if you wanna count that).
