The families of 10 people killed in unsolved Hartford homicides are getting a new opportunity at justice after law enforcement officials announced $25,000 rewards for information that leads to an arrest or conviction.

The rewards were announced Wednesday by the Hartford Police Department, Hartford State's Attorney Sharmese L. Walcott and the Chief State's Attorney's Cold Case Unit.
