In this video I repair a Harmon PMD 2(Phase Motion Detector) DCC Board. The part number of this exact board was HPN / 225346 - 1B. These PMD 2 cabinets are used to detect train motion on the rails. Harmon is now part of GE from my understanding. These are found at railroad crossings.
