In this video, I use IPC Hammer to modify a 2003 GM instrument cluster. This modification adds 7k RPM, 140MPH, and transmission temp. This is using the latest version of IPC Hammer 16.1. This applies to Silverado, Tahoe, Yukon, Sierra, and so on.
