This shows how to get fire arrows with hookshot and hammer action swap. You can also get action swap using the water for quickdraw instead of the bomb method. You need to buffer to that specific frame to release the arrow. This doesn't work with hookshot+sword action swap because the arrows are a different type which don't work on the sun. You need to either RBA Cojiro and buy arrows from a shop or RBA ruto's letter to be able to shoot an arrow. You want to backflip and shoot the arrow shortly after it turns day so the sun is still low enough to be shot with that angle.
