Update: You can also get bottle b and savewarp after going back in time to get the sword back in your inventory.
I got the kokiri sword on B by going back in time after doing swordless Door of Time skip (this does not put it in the equipment screen, it only equips it to B). I used it to steal the rod as child and savewarped and noticed I had the sword in my equipment screen for some reason. Very useless but interesting. Another way is to get bottle B, then savewarp.
I think this means it's impossible to delete the kokiri sword forever since you can always go back in time, then do this trick to get it into the inventory.
At the end I opened the kokiri chest and got the little chest animation since I already had it in inventory.
Also, I was on v1.0 if that is for whatever reason relevant. I also noticed that you do not need sword on b as child to steal rod, a stick on b works as well.
