Lieutenant Moss and Deputy Cappetto remind us that trick-or-treating season is upon us, and neighborhoods will be crawling with witches, ghosts, and sugar-powered monsters! Here’s how to keep Halloween spook-tacular and safe:
#1 Drive slow in residential areas and be alert! Neighborhoods will be full of candy-fueled ghosts and goblins. Stay alert, drive carefully, and beware of sneaky little children darting into the streets.
#2 Visibility is the key! Flashlights, glow sticks, and reflective gear are your magic invisibility cloak… except for drivers. Let them see you!
#3 Stay in groups and don’t get separated. Parents, keep your tiny monsters close. Older kids, share your route, stick with your coven, and don’t vanish past curfew.
#4 Candy Check! Inspect all treats — anything opened, slimy, or suspiciously covered in werewolf drool should be… avoided.
